BUSINESS VISA

1. Valid passport last 6 months,
2. Two visa application  forms back to back print sign by blue pen as per the ppt, (pls do not fill form as correction is not accept by consulate)
3. Two colour photographs, 35 x  45mm white background 80% face must be seen,
4. Covering letter on company letterhead requesting for visa and should mentioned passenger’s name and passport details & Brief introduction of the company addressing to CONSULATE GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA MUMBAI, INDIA,
5. Invitation in Indonesian language, Original covering and applicant personal letter with brief company profile mention in letter
6. Invitation fax to the Consulate addressed to The Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia, Mumbai, India & one copy to us KTP card copy is the ID card copy of the person who signing the invitation letter one to us & one directly fax to consulate front and back page, 
7. Day by day itenary from Indonesia company addressing to CONSULATE GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA MUMBAI, INDIA, schedule date and schedule time mention on company letterhead.
8. Hotel booking confirmation on Hotel letterhead mandatory
9. Return ticket with ticket number

TOURIST VISA

1. Valid passport last 6 months,

4. Foreign exchange $ 1000 endorsed on the passport is must or International credit card front and back page copy,
5. Covering letter addressed to The Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia, Mumbai, India,
6. Return ticket with tkt number,
7. Covering letter req. on Business letter head or original  Leave letter from the Company,
8. Personal covering letter from pax add to The Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia, Mumbai, India in details with pax residence address and ctc number on top,
9. Hotel booking confirmation on Hotel letterhead mandatory.
